The Cooper Macs from Memphis will face the Hebrew Academy of Montreal Heat in the Tier IV championship on Monday morning.
After losing a tight game vs. Beren in their Sarachek opener, the Cooper Macs have a chance to finish off the tournament with two consecutive wins, and take home some hardware to Memphis. Cooper's three-headed monster of Ethan Morris (17.6 ppg), Simcha Osdoba, and Nossy Orgel will look to attack and use their size advantage over the smaller Heat defenders. Senior Asher Kirshtein could also play a huge role for the Macs.
Montreal is led by top scorers Yoni Drazin (20 ppg) and Ethan Fallenbaum (16 ppg). Binyamin Freundlich and Eitan Levy also provide some crucial defense and leadership for this Heat group.
This is the Heat's second appearance in the Tier IV championship in three years. In 2017 they were defeated by the Kohelet Kings 38-36, and are looking to come out on top this time around.
Tip-off is at 8:30 AM. Catch all the action right here on MacsLive.com.
