In our first matchup of Sarachek Sunday, the Frisch Cougars will matchup with Maimonides M-Cats.
The 3-seeded Cougars were upset by SAR in a quarterfinal matchup on Friday. 2-time Sarachek champions, Frisch is looking to rebound from the loss and carve out a 5th place finish. Max Mayerhoff, Shmuli Coates, and Max Zakheim lead this dangerous Frisch Cougars team.
The 7-seeded Maimo M-Cats played magnificently in a loss to #2 Magen David on Friday. That game was a back and forth affair with Magen David finally coming away with a 52-51 victory. The M-Cats are a well balanced team who rely heavily upon an underclass duo of Jon Rears and Jesse Spear.
