@#1

#12 begins the tournament in the Tier I Qualifying Round which means if they win they continue in Tier I and if they lose they go to tier II.

Teams 13,14,15 begin in Tier II and if they win they continue in Tier II and if they lose they move down to Tier IV.

Is there a 3-point contest in the tournament? If so, how many players from each team get to compete?
